• Updated the 'kern' table documentation to correct the description format 2 subtable to correct the size of values in the left- and right-hand offset tables and clarify how to determine the kerning value for a glyph pair.

18 December 2002

• Updated the 'cmap' table documentation for Mac OS X 10.2 and Unicode 3.2.
• Expanded documentation for the 'gvar' table to clarify several obscure points.
• Minor fixes to the documentation for the 'fvar' table.

• Fixed the size of the isFixedPitch field of the 'post' table format and added a UInt16 padding field to retain alignment.

7 November 2000

• Swapped formats 10.0 and 12.0 in the 'cmap' table documentation, among other changes. Changed the format 0 kerning pair value to signed from unsigned in the 'kern' table documentation. Added the 'morx' table documentation.

14 September 2000

• Added 'Zapf' table documentation. Minor updates to 'maxp' table documentation.

• Changes to 'name' table documentation: Removed an implication that raw name data is always ASCII.

• Changes to 'just' table documentation: Added information on Repeated Add Glyph Postcompensation Actions.

• Changes to 'bdat' table documentation: Changed the values of the bearing fields in both bigGlyphMetrics and smallGlyphMetrics structures to be signed.
• Changes to 'feat' table documentation: Changed the meaning of bits 0–15 and 30 of the featureFlags field entries in the feature name array.

• Changes to 'post' table documentation: Clarified the meaning of the isFixedPitch field of the table header.

10 March 2000

• Changes to 'name' table documentation: Added Macintosh name codes 141-150; corrected Macintosh name code 50 from "Azerbaijani (Armenian script)" to "Azerbaijani (Arabic script)".
